Are you organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about marketing and customer engagement? We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing and business development efforts. This is an on-site position based in Port St. Lucie, Florida , where you'll work closely with our team.

In this role, you will serve as a key connection between marketing campaigns and sales activities. You'll manage inbound leads, maintain CRM data accuracy, build and update landing pages, assist with marketing campaigns, and help ensure prospects receive an outstanding experience from first contact through qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

• Monitor inbound lead channels, including website forms, emails, inquiries, and chat submissions.
• Respond promptly to inbound prospects and gather qualification information.
• Route qualified leads to the appropriate team members.
• Track lead interactions and ensure timely follow-up.

CRM Administration

• Maintain accurate and organized records within the CRM.
• Update contact information, deal stages, and activity history.
• Identify and remove duplicate records.
• Support synchronization between marketing and sales processes.

Landing Page & Digital Support

• Build, edit, and publish landing pages for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Update website content and campaign assets as needed.
• Assist with testing, formatting, and optimizing digital marketing materials.

Campaign Coordination

• Support email marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns.
• Assist with content scheduling and campaign execution.
• Proofread marketing materials and maintain digital asset organization.
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing marketing projects.

Reporting & Administrative Support

• Track basic marketing performance metrics, including lead volume and response times.
• Assist with reporting and special projects.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Qualifications

Preferred Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing support, sales support, lead generation, customer communications, or a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with website builders, landing page platforms, or CMS tools such as WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, or Unbounce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing best practices.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
