Marketing Administrative Assistant

Job TitleResponsibilities:Publish news stories across all TSC platformsBuild, manage, and proof all TSC newslettersAssist with digital ads management and scheduling across TSC platformsAssist with social media marketing, posting, and reportingAdministrative tasks as needed, including being the "front desk" for TSC (e.g., answering phones, organizing office supplies)Manage subscription platforms and all subscriber databasesManage magazine shipments and print ordersManage subscriptions campaigns and brainstorm ideas to help increase distributionProvide regular updates on subscription status and generate subscriber data metricsAssist with media partnerships with external events and conferences: Manage conference relationships and publications outreach through eventsDraft and manage media partnership agreementsCoordinate all conference advertising schedulesMaintain conferences budget spreadsheet to track expensesAttend conferences to represent TSC and promote all facets of our businessOrganize brainstorming sessions for conference booth marketing strategiesCommunicate conference updates with team in resource meetingsManage and create new ideas for conference opportunities to help TSC expand reach impactAssist with data collection and reportingSupport marketing team by helping to publish and execute campaigns and newsManage product databases for both ON&T UVBG and ECO MIBGResearch new products and clients for buyers' guides and directoriesAssist with QA/QC of products as neededSalary range: $45,000 – $60,000, depending on experience
