Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Expression Behavioral Healthcare, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in adherence to departmental policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to assess and develop personalized treatment plans, including detailed discharge plans based on comprehensive psychosocial evaluations.

• Providing therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention to clients, assessing emotional and behavioral issues to formulate appropriate treatment modalities.

• Facilitating care coordination and assisting clients with discharge planning, ensuring seamless access to community resources and services in collaboration with various regional providers.

• Engaging with clients' families and support systems to include them in the treatment and discharge planning processes, fostering a collaborative approach to care.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:
