Project Manager

Job Description The Project Manager will oversee project cost and schedule performance, ensuring R&D initiatives are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, facilitating cross‑functional coordination, managing risks, and supporting procurement processes while aligning execution with technical leadership strategy. This role requires strong financial and scheduling expertise, experience working in technical R&D environments, and the ability to navigate multi‑stakeholder settings. Candidates should hold a PMP or equivalent certification, have familiarity with nuclear or advanced materials projects, and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field and at least eight years of experience are required. This is on‑site five days a week. Salary range from $110k‑135k.
