Senior Water Policy Analyst - One Water Systems & Strategy
HDR, Inc.
HDR, Inc. is seeking a Policy Analyst in the United States (Phoenix, AZ) to oversee water resources projects and coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams. You will influence surface and groundwater modeling, water supply planning, and policy interactions with agencies and stakeholders. The role requires at least 10 years of water infrastructure experience, a PE license, and the ability to work in a complex political environment.
