Branch ManagerA reputable and growing agricultural operation is looking to add a Branch Manager to their team. A competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the right individual.Responsibilities:• Oversee day-to-day operations at the location while supporting overall business growth• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and the local ag community• Manage operations across agronomy, livestock feed, and energy service areas• Support sales growth, customer service, and operational efficiency throughout the branchQualifications:• Agronomy background preferred with strong understanding of ag operations• Previous management, leadership, or customer-facing experience preferred• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Ability to lead employees and manage multiple areas of the business• Self-motivated with a long-term mindset and strong work ethicCompensation & Benefits:$65,000-$95,000 base salary depending on experienceFull benefits package including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and pension planFull-time, long-term opportunity with growth potentialOpportunity to work with an established and respected agricultural organizationPlease submit a resume for consideration.
