Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an enriching opportunity supporting preschool-aged students as an occupational therapist or speech-language pathologist. This rewarding contract position begins as soon as possible and runs through June 17, 2026, providing the chance to make a meaningful impact across multiple school sites. You’ll work closely with another SLP on-site, ensuring collaboration and shared expertise as you address the needs of young learners aged 3 to 5.

Your caseload will include up to 50 children, giving you the scope to utilize your skills in a diverse setting. With a full-time schedule, you’ll experience the variety and flexibility associated with serving multiple locations while participating in a cohesive, supportive educational environment. Whether your background is in occupational therapy or speech-language pathology, you’ll find a space to grow and a community to serve.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Valid California OT or SLP licensure
• Experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 3-5)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple sites and with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapy services for a caseload of up to 50 preschool students
• Assess and develop individualized plans based on each child’s needs
• Collaborate with another SLP and school staff to support learning and development
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
