Despite the remote setting, teamwork is emphasized through regular virtual meetings and collaborative case consultations. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring these plans are adjusted as needed based on ongoing evaluations. \n Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions that align with best practices and meet the unique needs of each client. \n Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to guarantee the continuity and quality of care. \n Complete required documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to Headway Clinics’ policies and state regulations. This includes progress notes, discharge plans, and aftercare strategy formulation. \n Engage in the establishment of aftercare plans designed to provide clients with the necessary tools and support systems after they transition from therapy. \n Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest research and methodologies in mental health care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n At Headway Clinics, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Many clients present with challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and trauma. Your role will be crucial in guiding these individuals and their families towards recovery and resilience, empowering them through tailored therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n \n An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by the State of Washington. \n A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a medical or mental health setting. \n Strong ability to maintain professional boundaries, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld in all interactions. \n Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary for effective client interaction and documentation. \n Preferred Experience\n While not mandatory, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, couple’s therapy, or family therapy models will find their skills particularly valued. Experience in teletherapy and proficiency in documentation software are also preferred, as they can enhance your ability to deliver quality care in a remote setting. Compensation and Benefits\n This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience.
