Key Responsibilities\n \n Deliver personalized psychotherapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, while also providing couples and family therapy when applicable. \n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, create detailed treatment plans, and document progress notes, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that best suit your clientele. \n Collaborate with medical professionals and other healthcare providers to create an integrated treatment approach, ensuring comprehensive care that addresses both psychological and physical health aspects. \n Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, safeguarding patient confidentiality and information security. \n Provide consultations and guidance to peers and associate professionals, fostering an environment of shared learning and compassionate care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As an LMFT with Compassionate Change Therapy Inc., you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges and families in need of support. Your expertise will help clients navigate personal struggles, improve relationships, and foster healthier communication habits. Understanding the intricacies of family dynamics and cultural sensitivities will be critical as you guide your patients toward positive change. Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field that provides the educational foundation required for this role. \n An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Washington. \n At least 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical or medical environment, demonstrating your capacity to handle complex emotional and psychological situations. \n Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both in oral and written forms, to effectively convey therapeutic concepts and support clients' needs. \n A strong commitment to maintaining professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality with all clients. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working in a teletherapy setting or with remote client caseloads is highly desirable, as this role primarily operates in a virtual environment. \n Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques that enhance client engagement and outcome attainment. \n Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and electronic health records (EHR) is a plus. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
