Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify psychological disorders in clients using evidence-based practices.

• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and summary reports while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Develop tailored treatment plans and set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique needs and aspirations.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, delivering psychotherapy services through both in-person and telehealth methods.

• Continuously measure the effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Stay current on advancements in the field of mental health to enhance your practice and contribute to professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds and understand their unique struggles will be crucial for their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid social work license per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
\n
• Proven experience in various psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a broad range of mental health disorders.

• A capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience during interruptions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient setting.

• Certification or training in specialized therapeutic techniques (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
