Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to establish their mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that address their specific goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Road To Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, requiring you to tailor your approaches based on varying needs and backgrounds. Your expertise will help empower clients to navigate their circumstances and develop coping strategies that lead to sustainable change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
\n
• Proficient in digital tools, including EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite, enabling effective documentation and client management.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, suited for building rapport with clients and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should ideally possess a minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, with a strong emphasis on providing culturally responsive care.
