Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary to support clients in crisis.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, enhancing clients' therapeutic experiences through group dynamics and peer support.
