Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to uncover the mental health issues that clients face, along with their individual strengths and resources.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and tailor treatment plans that incorporate specific therapeutic goals and interventions to meet each client's unique situation.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to client care.

• Facilitate effective crisis intervention and adopt risk assessment strategies to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at enhancing understanding of mental health issues and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
