Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health challenges faced by clients and design effective treatment plans based on individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Big Cedar Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 101,000, complemented by a competitive compensation package that includes a sign-on bonus and performance-based incentives.
