Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in alignment with clients’ personal goals and clinical assessments.

• Assess clients’ emotional and mental health through detailed intake processes, and adjust care strategies based on ongoing evaluations.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and stabilization in a supportive context that prioritizes client safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include social workers, psychiatrists, and pastoral counselors to ensure integrated treatment pathways.

• Continuously engage in professional development to stay abreast of regulatory licensure requirements and innovative therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required for this position.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
