Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with interdisciplinary team members to develop and optimize treatment plans that cater to each family’s unique needs.

• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions, employing evidence-based therapeutic practices to ensure effective outcomes.

• Facilitate parent support groups, offering a safe space to discuss and address critical issues associated with placement and adoption, especially regarding children exposed to substances prenatally.

• Conduct developmental evaluations of children, utilizing standardized tools to assess developmental milestones and inform intervention strategies.

• Plan and deliver training sessions for a variety of stakeholders, including clients, social workers, attorneys, judges, educators, and other mental health professionals, enhancing community awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work closely with diverse populations, including adults and children, addressing the complexities of relational dynamics and individual mental health challenges. Your expertise will guide individuals and families through significant life transitions, emotional distress, and various psychological issues, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive treatment experience.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
