Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients, employing various diagnostic tools and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Serene Reflections, you will work primarily with adult clients from diverse backgrounds, each with unique emotional and psychological needs. Your role will focus on empowering individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns, utilizing a client-centered approach that emphasizes compassion and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental approach to support clients on their mental health journeys.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to manage caseloads effectively.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record with no sanctions from the licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital platforms for effective client management.
