Client Account Executive / Sales Manager Health Industry - Microsoft Solutions (m/w/d)

ERP Practice Lead The ERP Practice Lead oversees ERP practices with the region, ensuring alignment across the practices to deliver high-quality technical solutions and meet organizational goals. The role collaborates closely with region leadership, solution area leaders and regional Practice Leadership to prioritize initiatives, drive cross-practice collaboration, achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive technical excellence throughout the region. The role is responsible for driving ERP transformation programs and platform modernization, optimizing resource deployment, cross-practice skill development, and headcount planning to meet client demand. It fosters a consistent client experience and ensures seamless integration of ERP and broader practice priorities across the region. This role owns the strategy that ensures the region Practice has the right capabilities to seize market advantage, including building differentiated ERP offering and driving transformation‑led growth, in addition to people, capability, and community development. This role is accountable for ensuring the practice provides sales, solutioning, and delivery support to client accounts and Integrated Go‑to‑Market Lines of Business and Plays. Responsibilities Practice Leadership and Growth- Define, align (with global/area BG plans, Integrated Go To Market (IGTM), BGs, the Solution Area Lead, other Solution Areas (SA) and corresponding Practice Leads, implement, and evolve region practice strategy to ensure the region has market leading capabilities. Sales, Solutioning, and Delivery - Pro-actively work with Sales, Client Account, and Line of Business/Play Leads to identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities that will drive additional sales and revenues. Create and Evolve Practice Assets and Solutions - Deploy practice assets and solutions localizing them for use in specific Client Groups and accounts. Attract, Develop, and Retain Practice Talent - Define and manage implementation of a holistic regional practice talent plan, inclusive of creating an integrated talent plan with the ATC as appropriate, that includes what talent we need and where (i.e., build, buy, borrow, keep), to meet client demand, I&D agenda, and ensure a robust, future ready workforce. Security & Access Control - Provide consulting to clients on identity governance, lifecycle management, and security posture. Operations & Troubleshooting - Modern Workplace – Microsoft SharePoint Information Architect & Records Management Specialist. Modern Workplace SharePoint Information Architect & Records Management Specialist (Manager) Avanade is growing, and we are seeking passionate, driven technology professionals to design and deliver innovative Modern Workplace solutions that transform the way organizations manage, govern, and extract value from their information assets. As a Modern Workplace SharePoint Information Architect & Records Management Specialist (Manager), you will play a key role within our Modern Workplace practice, helping enterprise clients design and implement scalable, compliant, and business‑aligned information architectures. The role plays a pivotal role in establishing the information foundations required for effective and safe AI adoption. You will lead engagements across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Purview, focusing on information governance, records management, and the migration and modernization of legacy document and records management platforms. You will also provide technical and delivery leadership across complex migrations, including the use of third‑party tooling such as AvePoint solutions. You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade information architecture, records management, and compliance solutions . You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define governance frameworks, implement Microsoft‑native capabilities, and oversee migrations from legacy systems into Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online . As a Manager, you will also mentor consultants, contribute to practice development, and support client engagement growth through solution leadership and advisory. Key Responsibilities Lead the design of enterprise information architecture frameworks across SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 . Define taxonomy, metadata, content types, and classification models aligned to business and regulatory needs. Establish information governance models , including ownership, lifecycle management, and content stewardship. Records Management & Compliance Design and implement Microsoft Purview Records Management solutions, including: Retention labels and policies. Records declaration and disposition. Regulatory compliance alignment (e.g., government or regulated environments). Define defensible records management frameworks that support auditability and compliance requirements. Migration & Modernisation Lead migration strategies from legacy document and records management systems (e.g., OpenText, TRIM, File Shares, SharePoint Server) into SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 . Design and oversee implementations using migration tooling such as AvePoint (e.g., FLY, Opus) and other third‑party tools . Ensure chain‑of‑custody, metadata preservation, and compliance integrity throughout migration processes. Conduct discovery, assessment, and remediation planning for large‑scale content estates. Architect end‑to‑end solutions integrating SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview . Provide technical leadership across design, implementation, and transition phases. Develop solution documentation, including HLDs, governance frameworks, and migration runbooks. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Lead client workshops (discovery, information architecture design, governance strategy). Translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions. Engage with security, compliance, and legal stakeholders to align solutions with regulatory obligations. Mentor and develop consultants within the Modern Workplace practice. Contribute to capability build (offerings, accelerators, reusable assets). Support pre‑sales activities, including solution shaping and proposal development. Security Architect The Security – Security Architect is the technical design authority within Catalyst Squad – responsible for translating the transformation outcomes defined by the Solution Specialist & GTM into a technically sound, deliverable Catalyst Solution design. This role owns the platform architecture, integration patterns, delivery specification and technical quality of every Catalyst Solution engagement in the squad. This is a productized, opinionated role. The postholder doesn’t design from first principles every time – they know the Catalyst Solution technical patterns, apply them fast and configure them to the customer’s context. They are technically excellent and commercially aware: they design for deliverability and margin, not just elegance. Approximately 40–50% of capacity is in active technical pre‑sales – running architecture workshops, building demo environments and providing the technical conviction that gives customers and Microsoft STU confidence in the solution. The remainder is spent on delivery: overseeing technical quality and resolving architecture issues. Key Accountabilities Design technically sound Catalyst Solution architectures within bundle parameters – translating outcome requirements into platform specifications the squad can implement. Own the delivery specifications: component configuration, integration design, data architecture, security baseline and platform standards for each engagement. Run architecture and technical discovery sessions with customer IT teams and Microsoft STU counterparts. Validate proposed solutions are deliverable within bundle scope and timeline before contract – no surprises post‑signature. Pre‑sales technical execution Build and configure live Catalyst Solution demo environments tailored to customer context – demonstrating platform depth, not just concept slides. Co‑present at the technical level with Microsoft STU, SSPs and DSSs; provide Avanade's architecture credibility alongside Microsoft's product capability. Produce the technical components of the business case: platform metrics, integration complexity, migration risk and Azure consumption architecture. Delivery technical oversight Maintain technical quality across active engagements – reviewing designs, resolving architecture blockers and ensuring delivery meets Catalyst Solution specification. Personally resolve technical issues that require senior judgment on complex configuration and integration challenges. Ensure Microsoft platform consumption architecture correctly meets Azure/M365 consumption targets through delivery. IP and accelerator contribution Identify reusable technical patterns from delivery – integration designs, security baselines, configuration templates – and flag for IP harvest. Apply Catalyst Solution accelerators, reference architectures and Catalyst Solutions IP as the default; build bespoke only where genuinely required. Stay current on Microsoft platform roadmap changes affecting Catalyst Solution technical design; update delivery specifications accordingly. Key Performance Indicators Discovery‑to‑scope accuracy: delivery overrun rate attributable to pre‑sales technical design (target: near zero). Solution IP reuse: XX % of engagements using standard Catalyst Solution technical components vs. bespoke build. Technical delivery quality: customer acceptance of technical deliverables at each milestone without rework. % deals solutioned with AI: SP51 AI efficiency tag on technically designed solutions (EvolveAI). Microsoft platform consumption accuracy: Azure/M365 consumption targets met through technical architecture. Active certifications maintained in relevant CSA domain.
