About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This high-impact role involves overseeing all financial operations, leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities, and ensuring the organization's financial health in support of quality care and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies, providing insights to the CEO and Board of Directors, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and financial standards. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a preference for advanced financial credentials such as a CPA or MBA. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level healthcare finance, is required. The role demands a strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, regulatory compliance, and financial operations, as well as a proven track record in leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational performance. The CFO will also be expected to manage cash flow, capital planning, and investment strategies, and to mentor the finance and accounting team in a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
