Traveling Superintendent- Tilt-Up

Our Top 10 ENR ranked client is searching for Traveling Superintendents with 10+ years' experience delivering Ground-Up, Tilt Wall and/or Precast Warehouse/Distribution projects upwards of $20M. They’re looking to hire multiple Traveling Superintendents before the end of 2025 across the United States. Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Company/Role Highlights Top 10 Design/Build firm ranked by ENR 10+ years' experience delivering Ground-Up, Tilt/Precast Warehouse/Distribution Center projects > $20M Projects: Commercial, Cold Storage, Datacenter, Industrial, Warehouse, Life Science Location: National Travel - can be based anywhere Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design documents, safety standards, and project specifications. Scheduling & Coordination: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules; coordinate work among subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to meet deadlines. Safety Management: Enforce company and OSHA safety policies; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a zero-incident jobsite. Quality Control: Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation to ensure adherence to company standards and contract requirements. Subcontractor Management: Direct and supervise subcontractors; review work progress, resolve field issues, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors; maintain detailed daily reports and documentation. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve field conflicts or design discrepancies in collaboration with project management and design teams. Resource Management: Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to ensure efficient jobsite operations. Inspections & Closeout: Oversee punch list completion, final inspections, and project turnover to the client.
