Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator

I'm partnering with a growing machining job shop in Sussex, WI looking to add a Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator to their team. This is a hands-on role supporting both customer communication and shipping/logistics operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Enter customer orders and product information into the system with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain and track inventory to ensure data integrity and availability
• Coordinate outbound shipments, including scheduling trucks and carriers
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, and questions
• Work closely with production and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Support general administrative and coordination tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in customer service, shipping/logistics, or manufacturing support role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment
• Experience with ERP or order entry systems preferred
• Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines
