Director of Sales

Adriana's Insurance, the largest and most successful insurance brokerage in Southern California, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth through innovative business development and exceptional relationship management. In this pivotal role, you till be responsible for leading and driving sales performance across all retail locations by developing Regional Managers, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a high-performance sales culture. This role will partner closely with the Vice President of Sales to execute the company's sales strategy, improve productivity, increase new business growth, and ensure every location consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations. In this role you will directly manage Regional Managers and be accountable for sales results, leadership development, operational consistency, and execution across all locations. Responsibilities Drive sales performance across all assigned locations. Ensure company sales goals are achieved and exceeded. Develop strategies to increase new business, retention, and revenue. Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance. Hold Regional Managers accountable for results. Leadership & Development Coach and mentor Regional Managers to become exceptional leaders. Build leadership pipelines for future Office Managers and Regional Managers. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with Regional Managers. Evaluate leadership effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching. Assist with succession planning. Operational Excellence Ensure all locations consistently execute company processes and standards. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements. Drive consistency in customer experience across every office. Partner with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Training to improve execution. Performance Management Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Create action plans for underperforming locations. Lead performance reviews and accountability meetings. Partner with HR and recruiting to ensure locations are properly staffed. Assist Regional Managers with hiring decisions. Ensure strong onboarding and development of new managers. Maximize profitability while maintaining excellent customer service. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience. Background in Auto Insurance Industry Multi-location leadership experience required. Experience managing managers. Strong coaching and leadership development skills. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. Proven ability to improve sales performance. Strong communication and organizational skills.
