Job Description Job Description Front desk/Patient coordinator We are looking to hire a front desk coordinator with excellent customer service and sales skills for a part-time/full time position. The ideal candidate should be: - energetic, motivated for success, self-starter, collaborate well with the other members of our office - excellent customer service is a must - schedule appointments, checking patients benefits with the insurances, filling in patients/ demographics -knowing/learning to use a scanner, fax machine, email, shredding - computer use for performing various tasks related to Electronic Medical Records (training available), OfficeMate/Crystal PM experience is a plus but not mandatory - Sales experience and aptitude is a plus - learning about contact lenses - excited about learning new things related with the patients eye care - professional advancement in the field as an optician - on the job training will be available as needed for very motivated employees Employment on Contract available Job Type: 20+ hours a week Job Location: Beaverton, OR 97007 Required education: High school or equivalent Required experience: Front Desk/Optician: 1 year, helpful, but not mandatory Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Vision benefits Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person
