Position Summary Kana'i's Junk Removal is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen our online presence. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketer who enjoys content creation, social media management, digital advertising, and community engagement. You will play a key role in supporting the company's marketing efforts by creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and helping us connect with homeowners, businesses, property managers, contractors, and community partners across Oahu. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth and lead generation. Create, capture, edit, and publish content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Develop engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content that showcases company services, projects, customer success stories, and community involvement. Manage and maintain the company's social media content calendar. Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance analysis. Write engaging social media captions, email campaigns, promotional materials, and website content. Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on marketing metrics, lead generation, audience growth, and advertising results. Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communication initiatives. Identify opportunities for community partnerships, networking, and local outreach to increase brand visibility. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to develop seasonal promotions, special offers, and marketing campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Experience creating content for social media, including photos, short-form videos, graphics, and written content. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Canva or similar design tools. Basic video editing skills for social media content. Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
