As a Cielo Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You will act as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members.

As a Senior Recruiter at Cielo, you'll drive service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle while working remotely from anywhere in the USA. You'll act as a brand ambassador, connecting exceptional talent with opportunities while mentoring team members and providing consultative expertise to hiring leaders in the R&D Pharmaceutical environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers, providing market data and recommendations to shape position specifications
• Develop and manage innovative recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Evaluate candidate profiles and deliver strong talent slates while building robust pipelines for future needs
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market insights and compensation guidelines
• Mentor Recruiters and team members, sharing your expertise to elevate the entire team

What You Bring

• Recruitment experience in R&D Pharmaceutical environment
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings with demonstrated successes
• Workday experience and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment tools
