About the Role
We’re seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to deliver excellent customer service both over the phone and at the front desk. This role is essential in creating a positive patient experience while supporting scheduling, registration, and daily clinic operations.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and route inquiries
Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
Register patients and maintain accurate records in the EHR
Verify insurance and assist with updates (including PCP selection)
Manage voicemails, patient portal messages, and schedule changes
Collect payments and reconcile daily transactions
Coordinate patient needs with clinical staff and follow triage protocols
Support patient flow and overall front office operations
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Schedule Expectations

Full-time role with requiring a minimum of one evening shift per week

What You Bring

Bilingual Spanish/English required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license (PA, DE, or MD)
Customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office
