Bilingual Tenant Services Coordinator

Kforce's client is seeking a Bilingual Tenant Services Coordinator to join a professional office environment in downtown Miami. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative experience who enjoys being the go-to resource for visitors, tenants, and internal teams. You'll play a key role in daily office operations while gaining exposure to a large commercial real estate environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide front desk reception and visitor support
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
• Monitor and manage a shared inbox
• Maintain tenant and emergency contact information
• Update electronic directories and databases
• Process facility and fitness center applications
• Review and process tenant and vendor access requests
• Conduct compliance-related searches and documentation reviews
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate deliveries
• Order and maintain office, kitchen, and breakroom supplies
• Coordinate with vendors for office equipment and services
• Provide general administrative and operational support
• 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience
• Bilingual communication skills required (English/Spanish preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude
