What You'll Do:

• Assess and treat patients with physical functioning disorders, wound care, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following all clinical standards.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices in delivering therapy.
• Administer procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments accordingly, documenting all services provided.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient status and care plans.
• Support and supervise physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students as needed.
• Participate in required team meetings, trainings, and documentation compliance.

What You Need:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in outpatient, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings
• Strong clinical skills in assessments, manual therapy, and patient education
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adhere to regulatory and clinical documentation standards
