What You'll Do

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and rehabilitative services for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following clinical standards.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support interventions.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Document all patient interactions and services in electronic systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, providing consultation to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Support and supervise CFYs or student speech-language pathologists as needed.

What You Need

• Active ASHA Certification and State Licensure
• Minimum 1 year of experience in speech-language pathology
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
