What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' cognitive and physical functioning to develop appropriate care plans
• Administer standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions for ADL and cognitive disorders
• Provide rehabilitative treatments, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding care and progress
• Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and clinical standards
• Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants, aides, or students as needed

What You Need

• Valid Occupational Therapist license (state-specific)
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical assessments and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
