Senior Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to support preconstruction efforts and deliver accurate, competitive pricing across a diverse portfolio of construction projects. This role will play a critical part in securing new work by developing detailed estimates, analyzing project risks, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates from conceptual through final design phasesAnalyze plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop complete and accurate bidsPerform quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipmentSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bidsIdentify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategiesCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams during preconstructionAssist in developing budgets, scopes, and schedulesSupport bid reviews, presentations, and client interviewsEvaluate project risks, constructability issues, and logistics challengesMaintain current knowledge of market conditions, material costs, and labor trendsQualifications5-10+ years of construction estimating experienceProven experience estimating commercial, healthcare, industrial, or multifamily projectsStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and systemsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skillsProficiency in estimating software (Sage Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar)Strong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunity to work on impactful, high-profile projectsCollaborative, team-oriented work environmentClear path for career growth into leadership rolesBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
