• Role: Medical Assistant
• Location/Type: Baldwin County, AL • Nationwide Travel Role • Field-based
• Pay: $31/hour
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, weekdays

What You'll Do

• Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms
• Complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits
• Focus on preventive care, not urgent care
• Build meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits
• Support seniors and families in their homes
• Document visits using modern EMR tools

Must-Haves

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• CMA, RMA, or equivalent Medical Assistant credential
• 6+ months of primary care or internal medicine experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to statewide travel within Alabama and travel to nearby states as needed

Nice to Have

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits

• Candidates should expect travel across Alabama and to nearby states based on business needs
• Mobile field role with EMR charting
