GAIA Virtual Medicine is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mobile Podiatrist to join our growing healthcare team and provide high-quality podiatric care directly to patients in their homes and care facilities throughout the Metro Phoenix area .

Position Details

• Position: Mobile Podiatrist
• Employment Type: 1099 Contractor or Part-Time ONLY
• Compensation: Commission-Based
• Location: Metro Phoenix, Arizona
• Practice Setting: Mobile / Housecall / Care Facilities
• Schedule: Flexible

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive podiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnose and treat common foot and ankle conditions.
• Provide diabetic foot care and preventive podiatric services.
• Perform minor procedures within your scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely.
• Coordinate care with PCPs, caregivers, family members, and facility staff.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the patient's home or care facility.
• Travel throughout assigned areas within Metro Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine ( DPM ) degree.
• Active and unrestricted Arizona podiatry license .
• Board certification or board eligibility preferred.
• Valid DEA registration, if applicable.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care in homes and/or care facilities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Metro Phoenix area.
• Compassionate, professional, dependable, and patient-centered.
