AZ Home Glow is a premium residential cleaning company serving the East Valley, and we are looking to add dependable, detail-oriented individuals to our growing team.
We take pride in providing high-quality service and creating beautifully maintained homes for our clients while fostering a supportive and positive work environment for our team members.
Position Details:
• Part-time position with opportunity to grow into full-time
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• Weekly pay
• Tips + performance incentives
• Supportive team environment
• Growth opportunities available
• Experience preferred but willing to train the right person
Responsibilities:
• Perform residential cleaning services with attention to detail
• Maintain professionalism and reliability with clients and team members
• Follow company cleaning systems and standards
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality service
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable around pets
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Strong attendance, reliability, and communication are extremely important — team members must be dependable, punctual, and communicate proactively regarding scheduling or emergencies
