Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including evaluations of physical capabilities, pain levels, and functional limitations, tailored to their unique needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate hands-on therapy, manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based modalities.
• Utilize your independent judgment and experience to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring effective and proactive patient care.
• Maintain regular communication with patients to provide updates on their progress, address concerns, and reinforce home programs to enhance therapeutic adherence.
• Document patient interactions and progress meticulously in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies, sharing insights and experiences that contribute to comprehensive treatment approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

Employee compensation is competitive, with a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and competencies.
