QA Analyst - Patient Support

Monitoring and evaluating patient support interactions, the full-time QA Analyst - Patient Support will assess documentation accuracy, adherence to procedures, and compliance standards while working in a professional contact center environment that may be onsite, hybrid, or remote. Key Responsibilities Evaluate recorded and live patient interactions for accuracy, compliance, and quality using established scorecards Provide documented feedback and analysis on quality trends and error patterns to support coaching and training initiatives Complete quality reviews and maintain audit records while ensuring adherence to HIPAA and privacy regulations Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Two or more years of experience in a healthcare, pharmacy billing, or patient-support contact center environment Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare insurance and pharmacy-support concepts Proficiency with contact center technology and quality-monitoring tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to document findings clearly and objectively Virtual Vocations Inc
