Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) applicants welcomed
• Experience with pediatric/educational speech therapy strongly preferred
• Proficiency in assessment, individualized education plan (IEP) development, and direct therapy
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to K-12 students within their educational programs
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Maintain compliance with state and school guidelines
• Manage a caseload based on student needs and district assignments
