Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A direct hire opportunity is available for a reliable Evening Shift Pharmacist to work in a closed-door long-term care (LTC) facility in Massachusetts. This position offers the chance to contribute to a highly efficient pharmacy environment, handling a daily volume of approximately 600 prescriptions. The software system used is Frameworks, with training provided for candidates who are new to the platform.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Rotating weekends
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and final medication reviews through the Frameworks system
- Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Dispense medications efficiently in a timely manner while maintaining high safety standards
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
- Pharmacy experience, with an ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Willingness to work evening shifts and rotating weekends
- Open to new graduates eager to gain experience in a professional LTC setting
This position requires a pharmacist who is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing responsibilities independently during the evening hours. Training on the proprietary software Frameworks will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
