Soliant has an opening for an Inpatient Staff Pharmacist for a 3-month or longer local contract at a hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a great opportunity for a local Boston area pharmacist looking for consistent contract work at a well-established hospital in one of the most iconic and medically rich cities in the country. Responsibilities
-Verify and process medication orders accurately and efficiently
-Supervise and support pharmacy technician staff throughout the shift
-Consult with physicians and nurses on medication therapy and patient care needs
-Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosing adjustments as needed
-Ensure safe medication dispensing and regulatory compliance throughout daily operations
-Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Experience
-Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
-Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience strongly preferred
-EPIC experience highly preferred
Skills
-Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
-Effective communicator with physicians, nurse,s and healthcare team members
-Adaptable and reliable in an inpatient hospital environment
-Comfortable integrating quickly into an established pharmacy team
Qualifications
-Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License required
-EPIC experience highly preferred
