Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A hospital in the Boston area is seeking a qualified pharmacist for an inpatient pharmacy role on a contract basis, starting as soon as possible for a duration of 3+ months. This position offers an excellent opportunity for pharmacists with hospital experience to contribute to patient care in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient pharmacy duties, providing safe and effective medication management to hospitalized patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate medication dispensing and adherence to hospital protocols
• Assist in medication reconciliation and patient counseling as needed
• Utilize pharmacy systems to manage pharmacy operations and documentation

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
