Personal Lines Account Manager The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for supporting the service needs of our Personal Lines clients. This may include reviewing applications, compiling data, and/or changing policy records, canceling policies, verifying accuracy of information. Meet service and quality standards adopted by the agency by developing trusting relationships amongst our clients and our staff. Responsibilities: Obtain the best coverage/rate for insured, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage; follow up as necessary with inspection, photos, and other documentation. Present policies to insured and educate them on coverages and rates. Review audits or policies; verify accuracy and facilitate corrections, as needed, between clients and carriers. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system. Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise and answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.
