Supports implementation and testing of distributed system components under close guidance. Learns and applies basic scalability concepts (horizontal/vertical), fault tolerance (redundancy, replication, failover), and recovery-oriented principles. Assists with load/performance tests, telemetry and alert setup, and runbook-driven incident response.
