We are dedicated to providing exceptional immigration legal services and are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Family Immigration team.Position OverviewWe have an immediate full-time opportunity available in our Costa Mesa office. The Legal Assistant will support attorneys and paralegals within the department, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining the highest standards of client service.LocationThis is an in-office position based in Costa Mesa, California. The selected candidate will work full-time, Monday through Friday.QualificationsBilingual in Spanish requiredMinimum of one year of office experience requiredPrevious immigration law experience is a plusStrong customer service skills and a professional, courteous phone demeanorExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentCommitment to providing outstanding client serviceKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update appointment calendars as neededSupport attorneys and paralegals with data entry and case-related administrative tasksPrepare forms and correspondence for client communicationsPerform general office duties, including scanning, filing, and document managementHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismMeet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality standardsAssist with additional administrative projects and responsibilities assigned by the Managing Attorney or Office ManagerApplication InstructionsInterested candidates should submit a current resume for consideration.
