Position Overview

A growing, technology-driven insurance organization is seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join its inside sales team as an Enterprise Sales Agent . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in insurance, inside sales, call centers, or high-volume customer service who enjoy building relationships, helping customers find the right solutions, and closing sales.

In this role, you will work with warm, pre-qualified leads , provide customized insurance quotes, and guide prospective customers through the purchasing process. With no cold business development required , you can focus on connecting with interested prospects, delivering an excellent customer experience, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with warm, pre-qualified leads.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Prepare and present customized quotes while clearly explaining available coverage options.
• Build rapport with prospective customers and confidently guide them through the sales process.
• Consistently follow up with leads, overcome objections, and close new business.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting individual and team performance goals.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Consistent work ethic, integrity, and a positive, coachable attitude.
• Ability to work onsite in Tempe, Arizona, and meet the requirements of an assigned shift.
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license after receiving an offer.
