Marketing Support Coordinator - Retail Marketing & Campaign Operations

Reporting experience - including preparing post-event wrap reports summarizing performance insights, key learnings, and relevant KPIs. Roles Support various segments of the Marketing department as it pertains to promotional materials. Responsibilities Maintain detailed project plans, status, trackers, and documentation to support visibility and accountability. Oversee all production timelines and deliverables related to device, accessory and partnership activation. Track creative assets and messaging across all retail touchpoints, securing internal brand and legal approvals as needed. Support project leads by tracking campaign budgets, managing expense documentation, preparing reporting updates, and coordinating inputs for vendor contract negotiations. Prepare post-event wrap reports that summarize performance insights, key learnings, and relevant KPIs from associated business units.
