Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Recent home health experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Coverage area includes the East team as the priority territory and the Elmhurst team for overflow
• Float to additional coverage areas as needed

Location Highlights

Lisle offers convenient access to both outdoor recreation and the greater Chicago area. The Morton Arboretum spans 1,700 acres in Lisle, and downtown Chicago is about 30 miles east via I-88 or Metra service from nearby stations. Belmont Prairie Nature Preserve is located in Lisle, and Herrick Lake Forest Preserve in Wheaton is about 15 minutes away for trails, paddling, and fishing.
