Areas We Serve We are actively hiring caregivers in: Tustin, Orange, Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Westminster, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, Laguna Beach, and Aliso Viejo. Shifts Available We offer part-time caregiver jobs and full-time caregiver jobs with flexible schedules, including: Day Shifts: 7 am3 pm, 8 am4 pm, 9 am5 pm Morning shifts: 8 am12 pm, 9 am1 pm, 10 am2 pm Afternoon/evening shifts: 1 pm5 pm, 2 pm6 pm, 3 pm7 pm, 4 pm8 pm, 5 pm9 pm, 6 pm10 pm Overnight shifts: 7 pm7 am, 8 pm8 am Extended day shifts: 7 am7 pm, 8 am8 pm Caregiver Responsibilities Provide companion care : conversation, activities, walks, and engagement Assist with personal care : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation Give medication reminders and keep daily care logs Provide specialized senior care for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, or hospice needs Safely use assistive equipment : Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfer boards, and wheelchairs Caregiver Pay & Benefits $18 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly. 5 sick days and holiday pay We offer 401K Retirement and full Health Insurance Benefits Room for career growth within our franchise Bonus programs extra cash for referrals, caregiver of the month awards, and more! Mileage reimbursement Free scrubs and PPE One-on-one caregiving that makes a real impact 24/7 office support so you're never alone on the job Caregiver Requirements Compassion and patience: You genuinely enjoy helping seniors and making a difference in their lives Reliable and responsible: Consistently punctual with dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Professional or family/friend caregiver experience: Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required Physical ability: Able to safely assist with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive equipment (Hoyer lifts, gait belts, wheelchairs, etc.) Able to push/pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 30 pounds Communication skills: Clear, respectful, and able to document care accurately via Wellsky Personal Care app Background check and drug screening: Must pass all pre-employment screenings Licenses/Certifications (preferred): CNA, HHA, or other relevant certifications a plus, but not required Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and some weekends Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Apply today to start a caregiver career that makes a difference!
