DescriptionReporting to the Director of Enterprise Application Services, the Associate Director serves as a key member of the Information Technology Services (ITS) leadership team. This role plays an important part in advancing the organization's enterprise applications strategy, partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and helping shape the future of business services through technology. Working collaboratively with ITS leadership, the Associate Director contributes to strategic planning, technology priorities, and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and support long-term goals.This position leads a team of business analysts who partner with stakeholders across the organization to improve business processes, maximize the value of enterprise systems, and deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals.The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Analyst who is ready to take the next step into organizational leadership.
