Job Description
- Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Post and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards)
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Conduct collection efforts on past-due accounts
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accuracy of AR balances
- Maintain detailed records of invoices, payments, and communications
- Prepare and analyze aging reports and collection activity
