Toyota of North Charlotte is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve as the front desk receptionist in our main showroom. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction, be proficient in answering large volumes of calls, as well as greeting, welcoming, and assisting customers. Job Responsibilities: Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner Greet customers as they enter the dealership Data entry Assist with other administrative duties as needed Qualifications: Previous Customer Service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (required). Strong communication skills (bi-lingual a plus).
